Job summary

TJM Labs is a remote-first, high-growth company building Pharmacy AI that automates routine pharmacy tasks. As our Strategy & Operations Associate, you will own projects across finance, customer operations and internal tools, driving efficiency and automation to keep the business running on U.S.

business hours. Working directly with the COO and leadership, you’ll identify bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and build dashboards that track performance.

Qualifications

• Rigorous analytical training from a management consulting or strategy role.
• Strong analytical skills: build clean analyses in spreadsheets.
• Clear, polished written English for executives.
• Ability to work full U.S. business hours (Eastern Time).
• You are a self-starter who initiates work and informs stakeholders.
• You learn new tools quickly and apply to diverse industries.
• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO to drive priorities across finance, legal and operations.
• Identify inefficiencies and remove them using AI and automation.
• Design processes and train teams to adopt new ways.
• Manage leadership operating rhythm with updates and follow-through.
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Support finance operations including collections follow-up.
• Conduct competitive research and present recommendations to leadership.
• Spot gaps and unowned work, acting without being asked.
