TJM Labs seeks a Pharmacy Bot Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support for pharmacies using TJM automation. You’ll be a key early contact, gathering details, triaging issues, and guiding customers while coordinating with technical teams.

You’ll need pharmacy experience, strong communication, and a curiosity about how systems work. This is a remote-first role with opportunities to grow as TJM expands its automation for pharmacies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy environment (retail, hospital, mail-order, etc.).
• Hands-on familiarity with pharmacy workflows and systems.
• Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for pharmacy customers via support channels.
• Gather context, reproduce issues, and document steps for engineering escalation.
• Create clear, actionable support tickets with required details.
• Understand pharmacy operations to triage issues effectively.
• Communicate updates clearly and manage customer expectations.
• Collaborate with CSMs and Implementation Leads as needed.
