Qualifications

• Strong English communication and empathy in customer interactions.
• Experience in pharma/biotech call centers preferred.
• Ability to navigate multiple channels (calls, chat, email).

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, chats and emails with professionalism and empathy.
• Identify and triage medical inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Document cases in CRM with clear notes and follow-up actions.
• Identify adverse events or product quality complaints and report them.
• Support contract liaison activities and represent the client visibly.
