Job summary

Alphanumeric is hiring a remote English-speaking Customer Care Specialist to support major pharma clients from the Philippines. You will handle inquiries about diabetes, obesity, rare diseases, cardiovascular and liver health with empathy and accuracy.

This high-volume center requires strong English, 2+ years pharma call center or medical setting experience, and the ability to triage to the right team. A fully remote role with 40 hours weekly and a 1-hour lunch.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication with empathy.
• 2+ years in pharma/biotech call centers preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and Vonage preferred.
• Comfortable with remote, high-volume support.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inbound calls, chats, and emails from patients and healthcare providers.
• Provides accurate, timely, and empathetic information.
• Identifies adverse events and product quality concerns.
• Documents case notes in CRM.
• Triages inquiries to appropriate departments.
• Supports after-hours coverage if required.
