Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy-focused healthcare campaign, medical field, or pharmacy operations.
• Preferably a graduate of healthcare-related allied courses.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Can start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, chats, or emails from patients regarding prescription orders, refill requests, and delivery status.
• Accurately update patient records, prescription details, and interaction notes in the healthcare system.
• Answer basic questions about insurance coverage, copays, and payment options.
• Handle customer complaints or delay inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and patience.
• Follow all privacy guidelines, including HIPAA requirements, to ensure patient confidentiality and data security.
