Job summary

Alphanumeric Systems is seeking an English-speaking Customer Helpdesk Analyst to work remotely from the Philippines on a permanent project supporting a major pharma company. You will be the first point of contact for clinical staff, providing technical and operational support critical to patient care and global health initiatives.

Responsibilities include Level 1 support for clinical systems, issue resolution, user account management, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer service and communication skills with empathy and clarity.
• Life sciences or healthcare background preferred.
• Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 1 support via phone, email, and ticketing for clinical systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common issues; escalate complex cases when needed.
• Manage user accounts and access across multiple platforms.
• Ensure timely, accurate case handling and maintain high service standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert for specific clinical systems and vaccines-related operations.
