Job summary

Attorney Assistant LLC is expanding its remote team and seeking four experienced Legal Assistants to support a U.S.-based personal injury law firm with case management, client communication, documentation, and ongoing coordination. Open to English-speaking candidates based in the Philippines who have prior experience handling U.S.

personal injury cases. Experience with medical liens or premises liability is preferred for some openings but not required for every position.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. personal injury cases in a legal role.
• Ability to manage multiple cases, deadlines, and documentation accurately.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with professional client contact.
• Familiarity with case workflows and legal terminology.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate personal injury cases through established workflows.
• Communicate with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and others.
• Monitor case progress, medical updates, and required follow-ups.
• Collect, review, and organize medical records, bills, and insurance documents.
• Track deadlines and milestones to ensure timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate case notes and status updates in the case management system.
• Assist with insurance-related correspondence and case preparation.
• Coordinate with attorneys and team members to address missing information.
• Identify issues, documentation gaps, and matters needing attorney review.
• Provide general administrative and case management support as needed.
