Job summary

Outsourced.ph is seeking a Permit Specialist with 2-3 years of project management experience in entitlements, architecture, engineering, or construction to support our California projects. You will assist the Head of Operations with entitlement processes, utility applications, and city coordination.

You will work from home in a night shift aligned to Manila time, with responsibilities to track tasks, engage with municipalities, and ensure timely permit approvals for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a project management role dealing with entitlements, architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Experience permitting residential construction in the USA preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing, and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head of Operations with permit phase activities for projects in California.
• Prepare and submit entitlement applications; manage utility applications and follow-ups with municipalities.
• Track and prioritize tasks; coordinate with design teams, consultants, and city staff to push permits forward efficiently.
