  • Familiarity with California permitting requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Description

The Permitting Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that projects comply with all necessary regulations and obtain the required permits. Your expertise will be vital in navigating the permitting process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring timely approvals for projects.

Location: Client

Compensation: ₱50,000 - ₱90,000 / month

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify all required permits and approvals for each project.
  • Prepare and submit permit applications and supporting documentation to relevant authorities.
  • Liaise with local, state, and federal agencies to facilitate the permitting process.
  • Track the status of permit applications and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure all permit requirements are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and permitting processes.
  • Resolve any issues or delays in the permitting process to keep projects on schedule.
  • Maintain organized records of all permit applications, approvals, and correspondence.

  • Familiarity with the process and requirements for obtaining permits in California.
  • Experience navigating California state and local regulations related to permits is a plus.
