Job summary

iReply Services is seeking a remote Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to support California projects. The role combines estimator responsibilities with project coordination, requiring knowledge of California construction practices and effective collaboration with General Contractors.

The position offers a hybrid capacity within a highly organized team, focusing on detailed estimates, cost control, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project coordination/management.
• Strong understanding of California construction practices.
• Experience with or supporting California General Contractors is highly preferred.
• Experience with residential, commercial, remodeling, multifamily or ground-up California projects.

Responsibilities

• Review plans and specifications for costs and constructability.
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Review bids and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Support preconstruction, scheduling, procurement, and documentation.
• Track budgets, changes, and project milestones.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment.
