JOB SUMMARY:

• Prepare permitting and compliance requirements for government agencies such as DOE, SEC, BIR, BOI, DA, DAR, SRA, PCA, ERC and local government units.
• Prepare a progress report to identify barriers and other difficulties encountered during the project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of requirements for DOE’s Declaration of Commerciality application and feasibility study draft and other required narrative writing about Countryside Investments Holdings Corporation (CIHC) Projects.
• Review documents from the technical team and other references that will be used as attachments for feasibility studies and other reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree course
• With at least 2 years of work experience as Permitting and Compliance Officer (BIR, DOE, RD, Assessor’s Office, ERC, BOI etc.)
• Ability to complete tasks on short notice under extreme time constraints. Ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
• Ability to organize, manage time effectively, evaluate alternative properties and courses of action and decide appropriate action in complex situations with multiple variables, and meet deadlines.
• Willing to travel
• Willing to work onsite
• Must be willing to start ASAP
