You will assist the Head of Operations during the permitting phase, handling submissions, research, and cross-functional coordination with design teams and consultants.

The role requires 2–3+ years in entitlements or related fields, strong English communication, and meticulous task management.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a project management role in entitlements, architecture, engineering, or construction.
• Preferred - permitting residential construction in USA.
• Bonus - experience permitting residential construction in California specifically.
• Comfort reading, interacting, and discussing residential building entitlement plan sets.
• Experience working in municipality web portals.
• High attention to detail, willingness to double and triple check.
• Proactive mindset.
• Excellent file management habits.
• Comfortable calling municipalities often to discuss projects and open questions.
• Willingness to relentlessly pursue all avenues of communication until a decisive answer is found.
• Extremely task oriented; able to manage many small tasks across multiple projects.
• Speaks excellent English and writes in English fluently.
• Able to communicate clearly with many different stakeholders.
