Job summary

iReply is hiring a remote Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator based in the Philippines to support California projects. The role blends estimating with project coordination and requires knowledge of California building practices and codes.

The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, takeoffs, bids, and coordination with contractors while assisting with scheduling and documentation across multiple projects.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction estimating and/or project coordination/management.
Strong knowledge of California construction practices.
Experience with California General Contractors is highly preferred.
Familiarity with CBC/CRC/CEC/CPC/CMC building codes and permit processes.

Responsibilities

Review plans (architectural/structural/MEP) and prepare cost estimates.
Prepare quantity takeoffs and analyze bids from subs and suppliers.
Support bid submissions and proposal development.
Track budgets, costs, and project documentation.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
Monitor schedules, permits, and project controls; maintain records.
