Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to own paid media across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google and more for a fast-growing clean-label snack brand. You’ll manage campaigns end to end, focusing on profitability rather than vanity metrics and partner with leadership to drive scalable growth.

This role is 100% remote, requires availability during US business hours, and offers USD compensation with bi-monthly payment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing performance marketing for e-commerce or CPG brands.
• Experience with Amazon PPC across Sponsored Products/Brands/Display and DSP.
• Experience managing Walmart Connect campaigns, Meta Ads, Google Ads and YouTube campaigns.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to optimize campaigns for profitability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other marketplaces.
• Improve TACOS, ROAS, margin and overall campaign profitability through testing and optimization.
• Build and maintain weekly performance dashboards; report trends and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations and creative teams to support launches and promotions.
