Qualifications

• 2 years of payroll experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in payroll computation in the Philippines.
• Maintains payroll reports and schedules accurately.
• Handles sensitive payroll data with confidentiality.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Capable of working independently under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Compute payroll accurately for all employees, considering PH government contributions.
• Account for payroll variances and communicate with stakeholders.
• Prepare payroll worksheets with confidentiality and generate timely government remittance reports.
• Stay updated on policies affecting payroll computation.
• Be open to new roles and tasks as assigned.
