Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients using ADP Workforce Now and resolve issues.
• Assist with payroll setup, processing, and adjustments while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Stay updated on Workforce Now enhancements and tax law changes.
• Build strong client relationships and promote self-service resources.
• Collaborate with Implementation, Tax, and Technical Support to resolve issues.
