Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Payroll & Medical Benefits Specialist for a full-time remote role. You will handle U.S. payroll and employee medical benefits, working with ADP to ensure accurate processing and compliance across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ADP experience, meticulous data accuracy, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The position offers remote work from the Philippines with flexible hours to align with Honolulu time.

Qualifications

• Experience in U.S. payroll and benefits administration.
• Hands-on experience with ADP.
• Experience handling medical/health benefits.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable handling confidential information.
• Experience with ADP is preferred.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple U.S. states is preferred.
• Previous experience working with a U.S.-based company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and review employee payroll using ADP
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
• Handle payroll changes, deductions, new hires, and terminations
• Assist employees with payroll-related questions
• Manage employee medical and health benefits
• Process benefits enrollments, changes, and cancellations
• Coordinate with insurance providers and benefits vendors
• Review benefit deductions and ensure they are reflected correctly in payroll
• Assist with payroll and benefits reports
• Maintain confidential employee information
• Support other HR and administrative tasks as needed
