ConnectUs Marketing Solutions is seeking an Accounting Officer to handle payroll processing for 80+ employees and manage attendance records. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related fields and 6 months to 1 year of accounting experience, with a focus on payroll.

WFH setup available, night shift is advantageous, and you’ll work closely with HR and finance to ensure accurate compensation, deductions, and timely reporting. This is a full-time role with benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 6 months to 1 year accounting-related experience.
• At least 1 year of payroll accounting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, high integrity and confidentiality.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, deductions, final pay, and 13th Month Pay.
• Manage attendance, work hours and payroll-related records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data.
• Prepare payroll-related reports and coordinate fund releases and payments.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding and data entry in payroll systems.
• Collaborate with HR to support performance management initiatives.
• Assist in regulatory compliance and reporting, policy development and communications.
• Source providers to automate financial processes and support ad hoc duties as assigned.
