Outsourced is seeking a Payroll Officer to support a busy client payroll operation from Manila. The role focuses on high‑volume timesheet processing and broader payroll administration.

You will enter about 300 timesheets per week with strong attention to accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and progressively take on leave, subcontractor, and purchasing administration tasks. Qualifications

• Experience in payroll administration and high-volume data entry.
• Strong numerical and data-entry skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience with payroll/accounting/ERP systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Timesheet processing: enter ~300 timesheets weekly into the payroll system.
• Ensure accuracy and proper coding of hours, dates and codes.
• Validate timesheets and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Process subcontractor timesheets and related records as proficiency grows.
• Enter and manage employee leave and purchase orders as required.
• Support general payroll and finance administration tasks.
• Maintain organized records and adhere to payroll procedures.
