The role involves hands-on payroll processing, attendance management, and payroll reporting to ensure accuracy and timely payments. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, has 6 months to 1 year accounting experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Office, with Excel expertise.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent course.
• 6 months to 1 year accounting-related experience.
• At least 1 year payroll accounting experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and basic accounting principles.
• Experience processing payroll for 80–100+ employees.
• Night shift experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with labor laws and confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; Excel expert.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and process monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, deductions, final pay, and 13th Month Pay.
• Manage attendance, work hours, and payroll-related records.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data.
• Prepare payroll-related reports monthly.
• Coordinate fund releases and monthly payments with banking facilities.
• Onboard and offboard employees.
• Utilize data management system to track performance at team and individual levels.
• Enter new employee data into the company database.
• Support HR data collection for performance management programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and reporting; assist policy development.
• Facilitate company-employee communication and safety programs.
• Respond to inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and deductions.
• Distribute payment statements and coordinate with departments and service providers.
• Participate in meetings with top-level executives; source providers to automate processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
