Job summary

FP Markets Group of Companies is seeking a Full-time Payments Specialist (Remote) for the APAC region. You will process client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, update CRM systems, and collaborate with back office and compliance teams.

The role requires about 1 year of payments experience, strong Excel and CRM skills, and excellent English communication. Shifts include 6:00 AM–3:00 PM and 7:00 AM–4:00 PM UTC+8, with fully remote work.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year of experience in payments, transactions, or a similar financial operations role.
• Proficient in Excel and CRM systems.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Experience in forex/CFDs or financial services is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals, and transfers per regulations.
• Update CRM and Platform systems with relevant information.
• Communicate with Back Office Manager if issues arise.
• Investigate client requests/complaints promptly.
