AnsibleHealth is seeking a skilled Onboarding Specialist / CSR to join our remote team. You will handle patient communications and support clinical staff to ensure onboarding and referrals are delivered accurately.

Responsibilities include multi-channel inquiries, data entry for clinical scores, EMR updates, appointment scheduling, and coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team. This full-time role requires fluent English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work US hours (EST)

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a customer service or healthcare setting.
• Solid grasp of the US healthcare system and its intricacies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, EMR software, and standard office applications (e.g., Google Suite)
• Training or experience in clinical medicine, such as a nursing degree, nursing assistant, or clinical scribe.
• Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute.
• Reliable internet connection (at least 30 Mbps) and a quiet home environment for work
• Ability to work in US time zones (EST)

Aufgaben

• Handle multi-channel patient inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Enter clinical survey scores/results, RPM/RTM data streams, and related documentation.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments and maintain care communication.
• Manage inbound/outbound medical records and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate EMR records with up-to-date care notes and face sheets.
• Attend clinical meetings; take notes and follow up on action items.
• Collaborate with physicians, engineers, designers, and care team members to improve patient care delivery.
• Resolve patient issues and complaints with professional communication.
• Meet daily call quotas of 50 interactions and adhere to performance metrics.
• Customize onboarding discussions based on patient needs and benefits.
• Process referrals to ensure efficient conversion within a 7-10 day timeframe.
• Support the clinical staff in delivering exceptional care and patient-centric services.
• Contribute to ongoing process improvements and compliance with HIPAA standards.
