Job summary

Clipboard is seeking an Onboarding Expert to guide new and reactivated workers through the app onboarding journey, helping them feel confident and supported.

You’ll make 60 targeted outbound calls daily, host five 15‑minute onboarding sessions, send follow-ups, respond to messages, and document all interactions while spotting improvement opportunities.

This 100% remote role requires US Eastern Time availability, excellent English, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication? (written and spoken)
• Organized, dependable, and able to follow through on tasks
• Able to work US Eastern Time hours
• Experience in onboarding, inside sales, or customer support is a plus

Responsibilities

• Make 60 targeted outbound calls per day to Clipboard app users.
• Host five 15‑minute onboarding consultations daily.
• Send follow-up emails and texts; respond to inbound messages.
• Keep clear documentation of all interactions.
• Identify pain points and opportunities to improve the worker experience.
