Job summary

Pearl is hiring a Remote Patient Navigator to convert inbound inquiries into booked clinical consultations and treatment decisions. You will work US hours from a remote setting in the Philippines, supporting telehealth and coordinating with a distributed care team.

The role focuses on patient screening, enrollment steps, and secure documentation of all interactions within HIPAA-compliant workflows, aiming to maximize conversions and revenue through effective outreach.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of US healthcare experience in intake/coordination/scheduling or telehealth support.
• Hands-on experience handling high-volume inbound patient calls and video conversations.
• Experience discussing financing or cost options with patients/customers.
• Proven ability to work US business hours (ET/CT) with shift coverage.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and EMR/EHR or comparable scheduling platforms.
• Ability to work on a MacBook within HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• C1+ English with a neutral US-friendly accent.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound calls at a high completion rate during business hours.
• Lead pre-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls with potential patients.
• Screen patients for financing readiness and benefits eligibility.
• Educate patients on non-surgical procedures and options.
• Book qualified patients for clinical consultations with nurse practitioners.
• Join final minutes of medical consultations for warm handoff.
• Explain next steps, payment logistics, and financing options.
• Schedule follow-ups for outstanding questions and close conversions.
• Document all interactions in the EHR and maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Track booking and close rates from day 1 and collaborate via Google Workspace.
