Pearl Talent seeks a Remote Patient Care Coordinator to support patients in US hours. You will guide families through telehealth, trials, and care processes, coordinating appointments and prescriptions while maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

Qualifications

• Experience in patient support roles or healthcare, telemedicine, or clinical research.
• Understanding of US healthcare systems, insurance, and care processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English with compassionate patient care.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge and secure handling of patient data.
• High level of tech proficiency navigating CRM and EHR systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in multiple interactions.
• Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.
• Proactive communication and empathy when supporting patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for patient inquiries across platforms with empathy.
• Respond to messages promptly and educate patients about telehealth services and trials.
• Coordinate scheduling, prescriptions, and follow-ups for patients.
• Guide families through onboarding, services, and study protocols.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to coordinate testing, referrals, and authorizations.
• Navigate insurance and prior authorizations, tracking patient progress.
• Send reminders and maintain clear, compassionate patient communications.
• Document interactions and maintain HIPAA-compliant records in EMR/EHR.
