Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service in answering phones.
• Resides in the main city in the Philippines with reliable power and internet coverage.
• Able to provide own computer and WFH setup, including headset.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls from the patient and answer their inquiries.
• Call back patients who have left voicemail messages.
• Respond to patient email requests.
