Job summary

Pearl Talent is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for patients accessing telehealth services and clinical studies. • Patient Support & Communication: act as first line of contact for patient inquiries across platforms and respond promptly with empathy.
• Care Coordination & Patient Navigation: coordinate onboarding, testing, referrals, and insurance coordination with clinical teams.
• Documentation & Data Management: log patient interactions in CRM/EHR, maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Improvement: liaise with operations, clinical, and product teams to improve patient experience.
