Job summary

Spin Virtual Solutions Inc is seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support a growing Australian business. You will maintain and update the Shopify website, ensure accurate product information and pricing, and assist with customer enquiries and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Shopify website and product information.
• Upload new products, images, specifications and manuals.
• Conduct monthly price reviews to keep pricing competitive.
• Monitor competitor pricing and identify pricing opportunities.
• Research competitors for pricing or product opportunities.
• Assist with replying to customer emails and enquiries.
• Process customer orders and coordinate freight.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding products, pricing and availability.
• Assist with creating marketing campaigns and promotional material.
• Update website banners, featured products and seasonal promotions.
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling and engagement as the business grows.
• Support new business initiatives and process improvements.
• Provide general administrative support to the Business Owner.
