Job summary

Paired Recruiting is seeking a part-time operations lead to take on revenue operations and project management for a client in advertising and consultancy. The role is remote, contractor-based, with overlap for global calls.

You will own client and stakeholder management and ensure timely delivery across multiple accounts. You will document processes, standardize workflows, and build scalable systems as the client expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations or operational project management in agency or client services.
• Able to manage multiple accounts and maintain client-facing communication.
• Excellent written English and proactive, self-directed work style.

Responsibilities

• Be the operational point of contact for clients, reducing the founder's load
• Keep clients informed, manage back-and-forth, escalate only when needed
• Run about four to six active projects, scale as needed with growth
• Own timelines, scope, and deliverables across accounts
• Turn internal knowledge into documented, repeatable processes
