Job summary

Granada is an Australian financial advice practice based in Sydney, New South Wales. We are hiring an experienced Senior Paraplanner in the Philippines to join our offshore team. You will work directly with our Australian financial advisers to prepare compliant, high-quality advice for clients across Australia.

You will handle complex cases on your own, check the work of junior paraplanners, and act as a technical resource for the team, ensuring timely delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4–5 years paraplanning experience, with 3+ years supporting Australian advisers.
• Experience with complex cases (SMSFs, trusts, retirement planning).
• Hands-on experience with Australian advice software (AdviserLogic) and advanced Excel/Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) for Australian clients.
• Review fact-finds and adviser notes to identify gaps before drafting.
• Develop models across superannuation, retirement income, SMSFs, insurance, investments, Centrelink/DVA, aged care, tax, estate planning.
• Research Australian platforms, funds, products and document the rationale for recommendations.
• Run cash flow projections, retirement modelling, and Centrelink means-testing.
