Job summary

Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines, is seeking an experienced Australian paraplanner to prepare SOAs, ROAs, and related financial planning documents using Xplan WealthSolver.

You will perform end-to-end product and insurance research, model retirement cash flows with CALM, and support implementation for SMSFs and non-individual entities, while maintaining Australian regulatory standards and clear client communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Australian paraplanning experience, with recent work within the last 12 months.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Xplan experience as a daily production tool.
• Proven experience preparing SOAs and ROAs from start to finish.
• Strong Xplan WealthSolver experience for investment and product research.
• Strong Xplan Risk Researcher experience for personal insurance research.
• Proven financial modelling experience including retirement, cash flow, and capital modelling.
• Experience with SMSFs and non-individual entities (companies, discretionary trusts).
• Experience in an Australian financial planning practice and regulatory standards.
• Excellent written and verbal English with client-facing documentation to Australian standards.
• Ability to work independently from a strategy brief.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOAs and ROAs and other financial planning docs in Xplan.
• Conduct end-to-end investment/product research with Xplan WealthSolver.
• Configure fees, build product scenarios, and prepare comparisons.
• Perform insurance research with Xplan Risk Researcher and Needs Analysis.
• Record existing cover including superannuation and ownership structures.
• Develop cash flow and retirement modelling using CALM.
• Model for SMSFs, companies, and discretionary trusts.
• Produce presentation-ready modelling outputs and explain drivers.
