Qualifications

• 1+ year in financial planning, financial services, wealth management or professional‑services support.
• Experience supporting Australian businesses or clients is highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail due to compliance and client outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners with file prep, scheduling and documentation behind client meetings.
• Prepare and maintain financial planning advice documents before meetings.
• Keep compliance files and client records complete and audit‑ready.
• Track and follow up insurance, investments and Centrelink applications.
• Handle client phone enquiries, recording and routing messages accurately.
• Support marketing initiatives and client events.
