Job summary

NP Digital in the Philippines is hiring a Paid Search Campaign Manager to join our remote Paid Media team. You will manage paid search campaigns with budgets over $200K per month and collaborate with the US team to meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, and a data-driven approach to optimization. Fluency in English is required, and eligibility to work in the Philippines is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in paid search advertising.
• Proven track record managing large paid search budgets (> $200K USD/month).
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Ability to derive actionable insights from data and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Work closely with the US Paid Media team to understand client business objectives and campaign requirements to execute campaign setup and optimizations accordingly.
• Regular monitoring of campaign budgets and pacing with subsequent optimization of channels with the goal of meeting campaign KPIs and exhaustion of budgets.
• Ability to manage and analyze campaign performance data that includes actionable insights and next steps for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting.
• Accommodate and accomplish side projects/task assigned for team development from time to time.
