JOBSTODAY.WORLD seeks a hands-on Paid Media Specialist based in the Philippines to manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. You will build, test, and optimise across markets with real budget responsibility.

Daily work includes campaign creation, budget allocation, A/B testing, tracking setup (GA4/Pixel), and reporting performance by market. This is a remote, full-time role reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads with real budgets.
• Candidate builds campaigns independently — this is not an agency-manager role.
• Solid knowledge of GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion events.
• Focus on CPA optimization rather than clicks/impressions.
• Excellent written English; fluent in Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage daily budget allocation across markets and campaigns.
• Write and test ad copy; brief creative and iterate on what wins.
• Run structured A/B tests — audiences, creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies.
• Monitor conversion tracking and flag when data looks wrong.
• Produce weekly performance reports by market: spend, CPC, CPA, conversions.
• Collaborate with developers on tracking implementation and landing page changes.
