Job summary

Disruptiv Media is seeking a Paid Manager for a fully remote, full-time role. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other networks to drive ROI. You will monitor performance, run A/B tests, and translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.

You will collaborate with account managers and creative teams, prepare performance reports, and maintain high organization while working independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in paid media management, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management.
• Proficiency in performance analysis using analytics tools and dashboards.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to align paid strategies with goals.
• Ability to develop testing strategies, including A/B tests and creative experiments.
• Solid understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategies, and attribution concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with clear presentation of insights.
• High level of organization and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in agency or in-house performance marketing; managing multiple accounts is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
