Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of hands-on paid search experience (Google Ads & Bing Ads).
• Experience managing large monthly budgets (≥$150K).
• Deep expertise with tROAS bidding and portfolio bid strategies.
• Experience with non-branded, PMax, and demand-gen campaigns.
• GA4, Excel, and attribution modeling proficiency.
• Certifications in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads and Microsoft Ads management for revenue growth.
• Fine-tune automated bidding strategies (tROAS, Maximize Conversions Value).
• Refine Branded and Non-Branded search campaigns for high relevance and efficiency.
• Scale PMax campaigns with asset groups, audience signals, and exclusions.
• Coordinate tests for ad copy, landing pages, creatives, and targeting.
• Ensure accurate conversion value modeling and OCT in collaboration with analytics.
