KITSCH is seeking a Product Development Specialist to own and execute key product and packaging development operations for assigned consumables and related initiatives. You will ensure clear supplier communication, accurate documentation, and cross-functional alignment to drive projects from brief to launch.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product development, packaging, or a related role within consumer goods, beauty, or personal care.
• Strong operational execution and documentation discipline.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional workflows and supplier communications.
• Familiarity with artwork proofing, tech packs, and packaging approvals.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute product and packaging development operations from brief to launch.
• Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers, manufacturers, fillers, and packaging vendors.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to meet milestones.
• Communicate product briefs, specifications, revisions, and approvals clearly and accurately.
• Track actions and elevate risks, delays, or issues proactively.
• Maintain organized product development files, specs, and documentation.
