Job summary

Reely is seeking a packaging designer to lead structural and visual packaging design, producing production-ready dielines, box layouts, label concepts, and premium unboxing collateral for eCommerce and CPG brands.

You will support branding initiatives, print collateral, and product photography retouching, while contributing to 3D rendering and CAD dielines to elevate design quality within an international team.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of professional packaging/graphic design experience in packaging, print, and related fields.
• Strong English communication skills to articulate design decisions to vendors and teams.
• Portfolio showcasing packaging layouts, dielines, typography, brand identity systems, and product presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural and visual packaging design, creating production-ready dielines and box layouts.
• Develop label concepts and premium unboxing collateral for eCommerce and CPG brands.
• Support branding initiatives by establishing cohesive visual identities and print guidelines.
• Perform image editing, retouching, and mockups with attention to detail.
• Create digital assets across channels, including social graphics and product photos.
• Explore 3D rendering, AI-assisted workflows, and CAD/dieline utilities to enhance output.
• Collaborate with prepress teams and vendors to ensure dielines translate to finished goods.
