MEGA PRIME FOODS INCORPORATED is seeking an experienced Production & Development Supervisor (Packaging) to lead packaging innovation and development projects in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role requires managing technically complex packaging programs, ensuring regulatory and quality compliance, and guiding cross-functional teams through lab concepts to full production and retail distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years hands-on packaging development experience in fast-paced FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Proven track record of scaling packaged foods from lab concepts to production and retail.
• Deep understanding of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, quality testing, and product lifecycle management.
• Exceptional project management and cross-functional leadership to drive initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management: Manage a portfolio of packaging development initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery and technical excellence.
• Quality Assurance & Regulatory Standards: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• R&D & Material Testing: Lead evaluation, trial testing, and qualification of next-gen packaging materials to improve functionality and cost efficiency.
• Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with Marketing, QA, Production, Supply Chain and external vendors to streamline launches.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Project Management: Manage a dynamic portfolio of technically complex packaging development initiatives, ensuring on-time execution and technical excellence.

• Quality Assurance & Regulatory Standards: Oversaw technical programs and operating procedures to maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements, food/product safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

• R&D & Material Testing: Lead the evaluation, trial testing, and qualification of next-generation packaging materials to improve functionality, cost efficiency, and quality.

• Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing, QA, Production, and Supply Chain, alongside external vendors, to streamline product launches and support corporate innovation strategies.

Qualifications
