Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a hands-on product designer to develop consumer products for Amazon and other e-commerce channels. You will work across packaging, graphics, and production specifications, taking concepts from idea to factory-ready execution.

You'll collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners to ensure visual consistency, accurate specs, and ready-for-market packaging across home goods, textiles, and apparel categories.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, production design, or consumer goods.
• Strong skills in Illustrator and Photoshop for packaging and graphics.
• Ability to create detailed specs, tech packs, or factory-ready documentation.
• Knowledge of color, typography, layout, and material considerations.
• Experience with home goods, textiles, apparel, or similar consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new consumer products for Amazon and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Create packaging designs, layouts, labels, inserts, and product graphics.
• Build detailed product specifications and production-ready files for manufacturers.
• Develop specs for home, textile, apparel, and other consumer products.
• Translate product concepts into clear factory instructions.
• Review samples and implement design, color, material, sizing, and construction updates.
• Prepare artwork, dielines, tech packs, and production files.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and manufacturing partners.
• Ensure products and packaging are visually consistent and e-commerce ready.
