The role runs as a temporary contract from September through December, with potential for extension based on performance. Training on Close.io and Google Workspace will be provided.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication required.
• 2-5 years of virtual assistant or outreach experience.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to community members via phone, text, and email.
• Engage 1,000–20,000 member communities and follow established scripts.
• Record outreach activity in Close.io and keep contact records organized.
• Maintain pipeline with timely follow-ups and escalation when needed.
• Send professional outreach emails/SMS and personalize messages within scripts.
• Complete reference forms and maintain project records in Google Workspace.
• Attend training and apply new Close.io workflows and documentation standards.
• Manage outreach independently after training and meet daily activity targets.
