Job summary

UMAEZ LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Backend Operations Associate to prevent order issues across our US and Southeast Asian brands. You won’t handle customers directly; you’ll monitor orders, coordinate with 3PLs, warehouses, and CS to resolve delays before they escalate.

You’ll manage trackers, flag patterns, and drive timely resolutions for aged orders (30–180 days) while keeping internal stakeholders informed and processes scalable.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, customer support operations, or logistics coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-up to ensure cases close when resolved.
• Comfortable with trackers, spreadsheets, and backend systems as daily tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor fulfillment and delivery status across active orders to ensure on-time shipments.
• Proactively track unfulfilled orders (30–180 days) and drive resolution.
• Coordinate fixes (reshipment, refund, escalation) and escalate issues with full context.
