Job summary

Addiction Foods is seeking an experienced Order Management Manager to lead regional and international order processing while driving strategic improvements, automation, and standardization across the order-to-delivery cycle.

The role is 50% hands-on processing and 50% strategic process improvement, with deep exposure to export operations and cross-border orders. You will work with global teams across time zones and help scale systems and workflows for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, International Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of solid Order Management experience in FMCG/manufacturing/export-oriented business.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end order-to-delivery/order-to-cash processes.
• Experience handling regional and international orders.
• Exposure to export operations, international markets, shipping docs, cross-border requirements.
• Strong SAP ERP experience, especially order processing (SD/MM).
• Proven ability in process improvement, workflow redesign, automation projects.
• Strong order controls, exceptions, fulfillment, shipment coordination, and customer service.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis capability.
• Independent worker with strong decision-making and stakeholder management.
• Comfortable coordinating with global teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage order-to-delivery lifecycle for regional and international customers.
• Process, review, and monitor orders from receipt to fulfillment and delivery.
• Validate order accuracy, pricing, availability, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and logistics partners.
• Monitor backorders, stock, delivery schedules, shipment status, and requirements.
• Handle exceptions, urgent requests, allocations, discrepancies, and delivery concerns.
• Support international shipments and ensure export/shipping documentation.
• Maintain accurate order records, shipping instructions, and docs.
• Ensure timely execution of regional and international orders.
• Provide timely status updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Design and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, controls, and SLAs.
• Lead automation and digitalization across order processing and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to automate using SAP, workflows, AI, or integrations.
• Improve order accuracy, turnaround time, visibility, and customer experience.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for order metrics; conduct root-cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement and scalable processes for multiple markets.
