Job summary

D2B is seeking an Operations & Trade Accounts Manager to own pricing, logistics, and end-to-end trade management. This fully remote role operates under an Independent Contractor Agreement and focuses on high-margin profitability, precise inventory tracking, and outstanding service while leadership drives client acquisition.

The position requires strong skills in pricing, margins, and supplier coordination across NZ business hours, with experience in 3PL and international trade.

Qualifications

• Pricing models, landed costs, and gross margin analysis experience.
• Attention to detail across inventory records and order administration.
• Excellent written and verbal English for international suppliers and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows during NZ business hours.

Responsibilities

• Pricing and costing: build landed cost models and pricing frameworks.
• Oversee shipping operations, 3PL warehousing, and freight costs.
• Manage supplier POs, production schedules, deposits, invoices, and shipments.
• Drive trade accounts lifecycle from inquiry to invoicing and delivery.
• Establish scalable workflows and provide leadership with sales metrics.
