Job summary

D2B is seeking a Senior Systems & Operations Coordinator to join its growing NZ-based team. The role focuses on building and maintaining operating systems, documentation, and reporting across projects.

You will work closely with the owner and leadership to create visibility, structure, and accountability, enabling scalable growth. Key tasks include back-costing, SOP development, KPI dashboards, and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a growing trades, construction, landscaping, or service-based business.
• Strong data, Excel, and reporting abilities.
• Ability to document processes and develop SOPs.
• Ability to work with limited direction and manage multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience building dashboards and KPI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Back costing across completed projects with budget vs actual reporting.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and process maps.
• Create KPI dashboards and weekly reporting.
• Document knowledge, manage templates and files.
• Support onboarding, training, and role descriptions.
• Coordinate operational projects and system implementations.
• Assist leadership with strategic initiatives.
