Job summary

Hireframe seeks an operational partner to manage junior-level tasks across outreach, scheduling, research, and back-office support. You will embed in pod workflows, guided by a senior pod manager to ensure flawless execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role emphasizes strong written English, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage content calendars, invoicing, and contract workflows across multiple brands and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in outreach, lead generation, or client support.
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach and follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Affinity and CreatorIQ and pipeline management.
• Experience supporting campaigns, invoicing, and contract workflows.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills (calendar, inbox, travel).
• Excellent written English communication; writing outbound emails is a major part of the job.
• Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in contracts and communications.
• Highly responsive and able to multitask and manage calendars and admin tasks.
• Experience in research, data tracking, and analytics; maintain CRM systems and internal trackers.

Responsibilities

• Outreach & deal support: manage outbound brand outreach and follow-ups, track pipelines, assist with invoicing and contract workflows.
• Scheduling & admin: coordinate creator schedules, travel, inbox management, and content calendar reminders.
• Research & data ops: build outreach lists, pull performance analytics, update CRM and rosters.
• General back-office: attend meetings, produce status reports, handle file management and data entry.
