Job summary

Karnot Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking an Operations Centre Analyst located in Mapandan, Pangasinan. This role involves remote monitoring of live installations via the iSAVE platform, producing monthly Measurement and Verification (M&V) performance reports, and providing technical customer service for commercial clients. The ideal candidate will have a TESDA NC II or NC III and a working knowledge of HVAC fundamentals.

This position offers a stable office role with opportunities for advancement and full training on their iSAVE platform.

Qualifications

• Able to interpret system parameters and fault codes.
• Comfortable building and reading energy data tables and charts.
• Able to manage monitoring for multiple sites simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the iSAVE operations dashboard for all live installations.
• Produce monthly M&V performance reports for commercial clients.
• Respond to first-line customer technical queries by email and phone.

Skills

Technical diploma in a related discipline

Working knowledge of refrigeration or HVAC fundamentals

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

Clear English written communication

Organised and systematic

Education

TESDA NC II or NC III in electrical/electronics/mechanical technology
