Job summary

Vestas in Pasay, Philippines, invites applications for an Infrastructure Operations Center Analyst to join the hybrid platform monitoring team. You will contribute to 24/7 operational services, support IaaS/PaaS on Azure, and help automate monitoring workflows.

You will work with Grafana, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace, provide second-line support, and collaborate with DevOps and application teams to resolve incidents and improve reliability.

Qualifications

Experience in 24/7 monitoring and incident management.
Azure IaaS/PaaS experience with SQL webapps.
Knowledge of Grafana, Kubernetes, and Dynatrace.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.
Documentation and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Performing daily system activities in a 24/7 operation.
2nd level support for infrastructure issues on IaaS/PaaS.
Create and maintain runbooks and procedures.
Assist DevOps teams with monitoring tasks.
Coordinate problem resolution with cross-functional teams.
Handle Linux and Windows environments.
