Job summary

Mini Connections, a boutique nanny recruitment agency servicing Brisbane and the Gold Coast, seeks an Operations Manager who will own the placement ecosystem, manage client-candidate pipelines, and resolve conflicts. You will safeguard service quality and oversee daily workflows from onboarding to placement.

The role is remote, part-time (20-30 hours weekly), with 8am–4pm AEST hours. Excellent English, strong organisation, and experience with recruitment CRMs are essential; join a premium

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Operations Manager/OBM or similar in fast-paced premium recruitment or high-end service agencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with a premium brand tone under pressure.
• High proficiency with Manatal, Microsoft 365 and Teams.
• Proactive problem solver with initiative to refine systems and take executive decisions.
• Secure, reliable internet with power backup and availability during Queensland (AEST) hours 8–16.

Responsibilities

• Oversee candidate lifecycle, onboarding checks, and CRM updates for accuracy.
• Create client-ready candidate portfolios presenting talent professionally.
• Maintain an immaculate CRM with candidate availabilities, tags and compliance docs.
• Handle daily client inquiries and resolutions, coordinate interview schedules.
