Responsibilities

• Guaranteeing Flawless Data: perform rigorous quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and client information.
• Driving Daily Operations: provide daily operational support for RIA activities, including managing email sign-in processes, supporting deposit updates, and performing security checks; track tasks in Basecamp.
• Powering Financial Reporting: prepare and maintain recurring operational reports, such as Beta Reports, Client Allocation Group Reports, and Invoicing Reports.
